This notice explains how Three Threads Corporate Solutions (Private) Limited ("Three Threads", "we") collects and uses personal information through threethreads.co.zw and our sales channels. We handle personal information in line with Zimbabwe's Data Protection Act [Chapter 11:12].
What we collect
- Quote and order details: name, company, email, phone number, delivery location, and the products you request, so we can quote, fulfil, and support your order.
- Enquiries: the contact details and message you send through our contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Optional accounts: name, company, email, phone, and a securely hashed password, plus your order history.
- Artwork and logos: files you supply for branding, used only to produce your order.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes, process orders, arrange delivery, and provide after-sales support.
- To respond to enquiries and communicate about your orders by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- To keep business records required by law (tax and accounting).
We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them. We share order details only with the suppliers and delivery partners needed to fulfil your specific order, and only to the extent needed.
Storage and security
Order and enquiry records are stored on our website database hosted with our hosting provider. Access is restricted to authorised Three Threads staff. Passwords are stored as secure hashes; quote confirmations use single-use expiring links.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as required for warranty, accounting, and legal purposes. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
Your rights
